Is the site secure?

Your privacy is important to us and it is carefully protected when you order on our website. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your credit card and personal information.

Can orders be shipped via UPS, FedEx or other non-US Postal Service methods?

At this time, all orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Please be certain to provide a shipping address that accepts mail from USPS.

When will my order ship?

Typically, in-stock items will be fulfilled and shipped from our California warehouse within 24 hours or less when they are ordered during regular business hours. We do not fulfill or ship orders from overseas facilities.

When will my order arrive?

For standard non-expedited service, products are shipped via United States Postal Service and most shipments should arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my shipment?

The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipping confirmation e-mail. For any difficulty with tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake. Please help me.

Mistakes do happen. Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you and find the right solution.

The item I ordered is not what I expected it to be. What are my options?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We can exchange the item for a different product or accept a return for refund.

I would like to cancel my order. Can I do this?

You may cancel your order prior to the item being shipped. However, since orders are processed and shipped rapidly, last-minute cancellations may be difficult. Contact customer service immediately.

My order arrived in a damaged state. What can I do?

Contact us right away so we can correct the problem. To help us speed up the process, please include a few clear pictures of the damaged product and package with your email describing the issue. We will work with you to quickly fix the problem.

I emailed you but why have I not heard back?

Please check your junk mail inbox. We respond to all customers very quickly during our regular weekday business hours. If you have not received a response, the email has likely found its way to your spam mail box. We will also respond through our after hours service on the weekend, but we ask that you please anticipate a delay for after hours messages.

Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST) and we are closed on all U.S. federal holidays.
