We are not responsible for any item loss during the delivery or delivery time.

Please review the shipping address prior to completing any transaction.

If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer that it has been returned by the post office. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and it is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct deliverable shipping address.

Orders will be processed within 1 business day from date of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. (Additionally, orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be considered placed on the next business day)

Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and we are not responsible for items that are lost or misplaced after delivery has been made to the correct shipping address. If you have used the incorrect shipping address and the package has been delivered correctly by the delivery services, you are responsible for locating the order.

You are responsible for providing the correct email address when placing an order. Your email address is confidential and we do not share this information to any outside persons or third parties.


Return Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.

Please notify and return package within 30 days from purchase date.

All returned products must be in original packaging.

A refund will be issued according to payment method used during time of purchase.

Return process may take up to 1-2 weeks after it has been received.

Shipping Fee
The original shipping fee is not refundable. Upon receiving returned package, we will issue a refund for the product to payment method used during time of purchase and send a confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, excluding cases regarding distributor mistakes or defective items.

Only items purchased directly from Covrware.com will be eligible for a return request

Rma Process
1. Request an RMA by contacting our customer service

2. In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an email from us.

3. Consider insuring your package (tracking number) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Covrware cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.

4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage, invoice/order number, and mail the item to the address below:

5. Once we receive your return/exchange item we will inspect the unit and process the refund or exchange request within 7-10 business days.

Domestic
Orders to be shipped during business hours which end at 5PM Monday through Friday.
We observe all USPS holidays. If your order is placed before or on a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.

Free Domestic
USPS First Class Mail typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped excluding weekends.

Tracking information is provided in your confirmation email. If your order is not delivered within 10 days, please contact our customer service for either refund or replacement.

Priority Domestic
Priority shipping costs are $7.00 and up depending on weight of package and shipping destination.
USPS Priority Mail typically takes 3 business days after your order has been shipped excluding weekends.
