Shipping & Delivery
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, and we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items after they have been delivered to the correct address. If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered correctly by the delivery service, it is your responsibility to locate the order.
We do not share your email address with any third parties. Please make sure to provide the correct email address when placing your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return the product within 30 days of the sale date for a refund, provided that the product is in resalable condition and in its original packaging.
Please notify us and return the package within 30 days of the purchase date. The return process may take up to 1 weeks after we receive the returned item. Please note that sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of distributor mistakes or defective items. Only items purchased directly from Covrware.com are eligible for return requests.

Please consider insuring your package with a tracking number in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return/exchange item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange request within 7-10 business days.
For domestic orders, we observe all USPS holidays, and orders placed before or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day. Free domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped, excluding weekends. We also offer priority shipping, which costs $8.50 and up depending on the weight of the package and shipping destination.
