Return Policy
● All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
● For Exchange please contact support team for further assistance
● Must include a valid original purchase order number from Covrware.com. Purchases made outside of Covrware.com must contact respective seller for returns.
● Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
● Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.


* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.


RMA Process
1. Request an RMA by contacting our customer service support@covrware.com

2. In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an email from us.

3. Consider insuring your package (tracking number) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. 

4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage, invoice/order number, and mail the item to the address below:

5. Please allow Covrware 7-10 business days to inspect the return unit and process the refund.

*If the product is not in original condition, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to minimum 25% Restocking Fee as we can no longer use the item.
